Yup, it's junk

It's not extremely HD and it cannot capture thirty frames per second. It seems the sensor isn't extremely 1280x720, that the image is interpolated up to that size, and it's terribly splotchy. Worse, the processor is just too slow, thus it drops a really high share of frames, creating the video terribly jerky. thus unless you wish splotchy and jerky, provide this a miss.
